Burn out & Stress

Do you feel that you have been struggling for some time to do all the things you want to do? You have physical symptoms of stress, for example you feel tired, you sleep badly, your immunity is lower and you are more likely to get sick. The symptoms can also be psychological. For example, do you find it hard to relax, do you think a lot or do you get angry easily?


Stress symptoms are different for everyone. If they are not treated in time, the symptoms will only get worse and may spread to other parts of your body. Before that happens, it might be a good idea to talk to someone about it. Many people with stress complaints are afraid to talk about them because they are afraid of not being accepted in society. They are also afraid of being seen as weak.


When you come to see me, we look together for possible causes of the stress. Knowing why you are experiencing stress often makes it easier to address the cause.
